Online Store Information At the end of the day, we want you to be happy with your purchase and the service we have provided. You can contact me either by phone or email for peace of mind and any questions you have. Return Policy If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days explaining the reason for the refund. We will make arrangements for you to return your purchased item and receive a refund for the full purchase price. Refunds may be issued by cheque. The item must be returned in its' original condition. You will be responsible for the proper packaging of the return. The product price will be refunded in full. Shipping charges are non-refundable for general returns.
In the instance of a defective/broken product or incorrect order, we will gladly replace the item free of charge or refund all costs (including shipping charges) associated with the purchase. To be eligible for a full replacement or refund for a defective or broken item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, the item will be subject to our standard 30-day return policy. In the instance of a refused or unclaimed shipment, shipping charges will not be refunded. Shipping costs Shipping costs of the smaller items are calculated at between 15-20% of the value. You can email me for an individualised shipping cost. Shipping costs of the larger items are calculated on an individual basis and prices vary depending on where you want the artwork delivered. Please email me for an individual quote. Goods can be picked up from Chisel Studio with prior arrangement. International customers should email Chisel Studio to arrange quote for shipping costs. Delivery expected within 5-10 working days. If the item you choose is out of stock, you will be notified by email. New stock may take upto 5 more days. GST ( Goods and Services Tax) GST is included in the quoted price.
